Terms of Use
These Terms govern your use of MyFuel, a nutrition and hydration tracking service operated by AI Air LLC.
Use of MyFuel
You may use MyFuel for personal food, nutrition, hydration, and related account tracking. You may not interfere with the service, probe or bypass security controls, access another person's account or data, or use the service for unlawful activity.
Your account
You are responsible for protecting access to your account and devices. MyFuel may support password authentication, Sign in with Apple, and optional text-message verification. If you believe your account or device has been compromised, sign out and contact support.
SMS authentication terms
Program name: MyFuel.
When you voluntarily choose SMS authentication, MyFuel may send one-time passcodes and account-verification messages to the mobile number you provide. These messages are transactional and are not promotional or marketing messages.
- Message frequency: varies based on your sign-in and account-verification activity.
- Charges: message and data rates may apply.
- Opt out: reply STOP to opt out of SMS verification.
- Help: reply HELP or contact support@aiair.pro.
- Consent: SMS consent is optional and is not required to use MyFuel with another supported sign-in method.
Carriers are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. If you opt out, SMS authentication may no longer be available for your number unless you re-enroll through a supported MyFuel flow.
Nutrition estimates
Food recognition and nutrition values can be estimated by AI and can be inaccurate. Manufacturer labels and information you verify are generally more reliable than visual estimates. You are responsible for reviewing entries before relying on them.
Not medical advice
MyFuel is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or individualized medical advice. Do not use MyFuel as a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Third-party services
MyFuel depends on third-party services, including Amazon Web Services, OpenAI, and Apple. Their systems and terms may affect service availability or authentication functionality.
Availability and changes
MyFuel may change, experience outages, or become unavailable while features are developed or maintained. These Terms may also be updated as MyFuel evolves. The current version is identified by the effective date above.
